I think it's a good idea in theory. However, as far as the nuts are concerned, you would have to be able to access the bolt perpendicularly and be able to spin the bolt itself. Just my .02

Reminds me of the episode of MASH when they have the special surgical clamp made.

It must be a labor of love for whomever is manufacturing these because for only $10 it sure isn't going to be his retirement...

There's probably close to that in materials. I don't even understand how he c an ship for $3.00??? First class max weight is 13 oz. I would guess it weighs more than a than that.

Who knows?
I was also reminded of that MASH episode.

I just shot him an e-mail. If he'll give me an address to send the MO to, I'll buy one. Worst case scenario I'm out $13 bucks.

Interesting. Like kbeefy said, though, a box end wrench and tape (I use vinyl tape) does the same thing.

So far looks like this is a one of a kind idea.

I can't see it holding too well.
My first thought was that if indeed the tool worked well he would have a patent on it or you would see him on Shark Tank hawking it.

I don't see demos on you tube.

He does have it on E-Bay but I don't see any sales made yet.

I can't see how he can make money on it either.

These will often get you through and the magnet is way more versatile.

Anyone ever do engine mounts on an Astro van? Then you know what I'm talking about.

For $10?? How do u not buy one if you're a mechanic?

Chicks dig scars bro.:lol_hitti

Side note: it needs bigger jaws to be more effective. Opinion. Probably works fine as is but will depend on the steel for durability (like everything). He, honestly should make one for ROUND fasteners with a hole through the sliding part of the lower jaw for torx and hex fasteners so you can tighten with the tool holding the fastener in place. Oops did I just throw a good idea out there...sorry won't happen again.
