I have several of the 1/4 drive spinner handles that you can put a ratchet on the back and use it to break a fastener free and spin it off, they are probably my favorite ratchet accessory.
I've looked around for a 3/8 female in the back, but the ones I've seen don't look very good quality. I've been trying to make one out of a spare 6" extension and a screwdriver handle but I haven't been happy with the results so far.

Basically pic below, but 3/8 and hopefully full tang because I see a lot of the 1/4 ones use two pieces, and I bet it'd be pretty easy to just twist the drive end right out the back in a 3/8's if it wasn't one full piece.
I don't mind if I have to order from amazon uk,jp or de, so I'm open to anything.

I like to use these, they allow you to just remove the ratchet and go to town.

https://www.amazon.co.jp/gp/product/B006UAWBVK/

Lots of other companies make them, I also have Snap On ones, but they are much more expensive.

I'm getting one of those soon as well, but I prefer the handle in most cases because of the amount of room I have. Once I break something lose, I palm the head and start to spin off the fastener. With something small like the tone spinner, I'd have to scrunch up my fingers to reach the band of knurling, where with the handle I can have them extended and it's a bit more comfortable. Plus I can use two hands if needed.

Are the Koken ones in the catalog? I checked earlier today and only saw the 1/4.

Bacho 7757 is one I think your looking for

Exactly what I'm looking for, looks nice as I would expect from bahco.

I agree, but wanted to show another option. Sometimes they are easier due to space constraints. Some of the guys on here were making them out of screwdriver handles and extensions. I want to make some out of Snap On instinct soft grip handles.

Well this is GJ so the option is always get both :bounce:
I've manage to botch a few cheap handles practicing, if you have a drill press or lathe around it'd be a lot easier.
I tried with a stubby, got the hole absolutely perfect and started going through the huot set one at a time to make sure I didn't mess it up, but even then it manged to get a bit cockeyed by the end :scared:

Gives me a reason to look for a mill though

Not sure of they make 3/8 but vim has nice 1/2...

Nice find, I did find a 3/8 version, hard to tell in the pictures if they are one piece or not though

A roto head/swivel ratchet like a SK 3870 would work. Break it loose then use it as a screwdriver.

What are you doing where this is a better option than a power tool?

I use it as a 6" extension and it makes it easier to spin stuff out.
Should I throw out all my ratchets and speeder bars and buy impacts because it might be marginally more fast to use an impact?

Don’t know what he’s doing with it but they work excellent with a torque wrench.

That is a cool idea.

You could still use all of your extensions and other accessories (perhaps not a speeder bar) with a Milwaukee ratchet. Obviously you are free to work anyway you wish; I was merely curious what the use case was. I suspect the proliferation of cordless power tools is one reason sales of the tool you are after declined enough to warrant discontinuing production.

I meant no offense.

none taken

I like them because I don't really lose anything by using that instead of a regular extension. I can break something lose and quickly spin it out while still on the ratchet. It can be done with a regular extension but not nearly efficiently. Same with running hardware back in.

Oh yeah, they are.

Another item that may help your 3/8" goal:

Ko-ken knurled adapter (1/4-F to 3/8-M spinner
2756z-3/8
And similar use, Blue-Point FSD14
Which would give your 1/4"ratchet extra use.

I have the MAC ones. If you like playing a game of operation, one can access the fill plug on Volvo P3 chassis transmissions without removing half the engine bay by using a spinner handle with a torx bit on a wobble.... then you grab the plug with a magnet tool. Fill the trans with a long flexi-funnel. Works a treat.

Power tools don't work in all the places.

Koken makes an interesting concept,a bit pricey tho,I have one of each size that I reach for and use all the time. They are a padded spinner handle, yet brakes like a breaker bar for a bit more torque. 1/4 drive is 2769H,3/8 drive is 3769H.I got mine from Palmac,a company frequently mentioned here.

I like the long one with the Vessel style ball grip 👍

I can see that being very comfortable to use in very cold weather or even with arthritis.

Home made?
That Vessel driver comes with a removable shaft and can accept standard hex bits, such as the 12” 1/4 drive power bit pictured.

It took some time to acclimate to the ball profile, but has become a favorite, especially the ratcheting Anex.

I have the Williams one ricleh posted above that uses the Irazola/Bahco handle. It works alright but not my favorite grip shape.

From what I can see, the Bahco 7757 that Negen mentioned in 2018 with the rear input appears to actually be a rebranded Belzer, a bit different styled than the soft-grip 1/4" Bahco spinner I have. Some photos of the acetate Belzer over at this Japanese link, looks pretty: http://romancing41.blog.fc2.com/blog-entry-812.html?sp

Otherwise, I imagine the easiest way to diy would be to turn a wooden handle to glue/press fit over an existing extension. I keep meaning to do that but haven't gotten around to it.
