The topcoat is not epoxy, it's polyurea, 4 times stronger than epoxy, that could be why it's more expensive. Polyurea is better than epoxy.

Use PolyUrea 5000 as the one coat Topcoat that gives the look and feel of 2 coats of CRU. 5000 is shinier and just as hot tire resistant as the CRU but will save you a trip to the jobsite, plus it is Non-Flammable and does not stink!

Or try the very popular Polyurea 5073, its claim to fame is the extra long potlife, great viscosity and the best part is you can walk on it in a little over 2 hours!

Also that kit is for 1000 sf. I'm doing 1800 sf so I was interested in the larger kits.
