Oh
I’ve done the warranty over the phone multiple times with screwdrivers. Pretty easy, and free shipping. Didn’t have to send them back. Probably less of pain then dealing with Lowe’s.

It wouldn't have been a hassle at Lowes if they had the items in stock. I had a 10mm deep well & 8mm std (both 1/4 drive) and they would have replaced them if they had both items in stock as individual sockets. That's all the Lowes person said. Bring in your broken pieces and if they have them in stock they will replace them. What they won't do is break up a brand new set to give you a socket or two. Reasonable.
