Currently getting towards the end of the life of my 3 gal of Evaporust. I haven't been real careful with its use and probably should have manually removed more rust rather than using up the functionality of the ER. Pretty expensive lesson.

Now I see on Jay Leno's Garage a recommendation to buy Arhoil products. OK, I'll do it if it's any good. What say ya?

I couldn't tell ya!

I've only used vinegar so far.

I have used an Evaporust product for the inside of an auto cooling system (Thermocure) and loved it. Other than those two, I am of no use today. But I did go watch that Leno video! I had seen a tube of Archoil grease on the benfch in another Leno video where he brought in an old expert to build an aircooled Porsche motor and I wondered what about that job required super duperest fancy grease.

I haven't used any Arhcoil products ever. But, as pointed out, this was promo on Jay Leno's garage. Archoil makes a rust remover on the order of Evaporust but it is a concentrate which I think would be better. These products are largely tannic acid from what I hear. Some have guessed that the acid is sourced from turnips. For sure many plants contain tannic and oxalic acid (used to bleach wood).

To answer the question: Source of info.

Can't speak for the Evaporust type product Archoil makes but I've used the Archoil AR9100 in my 6.0 powestroke and it made a world of difference with stiction on startup.
