Anyone use an RCA tablet for a DRO?

Anyone have any info on using a cheap RCA 7" tablet for a DRO?

Which Android Operating System is it?
I used a Pyle...
As long as the OS is compatible, it has enough RAM, and Blue Tooth it will work...

Android version 5.0.1 Lollipop, unsure of ram, 16 gig storage and it does have blue tooth.

That is Newer than Ice Cream Sandwich so yes it should do fine... you just can't use an OS older then Ice Cream Sandwich...

So who makes the scales that are used with them? This is a neat idea for sure. I also like ice cream sandwiches.

Thanks for the help kkroger, I'll have to do some research before anything happens but I would like to give it a shot at some point.

Scales I used were IGaging brand... Worked well enough for me, but with a different controller you can use any Glass or Magnetic Scale, There is even a company that I found on Ebay that makes their own scales and a controller to connect to a Touch DRO Tablet...
Not terribly high priced but very Nice kit!
