Does anyone have the Blackhawk Quick Ratchet wrench set that uses the interchangable heads? It looks interesting plus I have an older Utica torque wrench that uses interchangable heads and am wondering if the Blackhawk heads will fit the Utica. If someone has one, can you measure the part of the head that fits into the handle? Thanks.

They are cheap but I haven't been convinced enough to pull the trigger on a set.

I'd rather use regular wrenches and rathcets. Swapping those heads around would be a PITA on a lot of jobs.

What do you have to do in order to interchange the heads

mrholeshot,

You press and hold the integrated ball retainer on the flex head attachments to remove them. To insert a new ratcheting wrench, socket ratchet, or screwdriver bit attachment, simply push it into the flex head until the ball retainer locks in place.

I had my eye on those for a really long time, but ultimately decided to pass.

There used to be a Stanley version on ebay. Can't seem to find it now.

Flea Market by me has had a new SAE set for sale for about 6 months with no takers; asking $20 for it the whole time.

Interesting but the inability to find the metric set of heads makes it a non-starter.
