I’m looking at purchasing some new lights for my shop/ garage I’ve been contemplating installing these lights ... I’ve been a longtime lurker and read tons of threads. I would like to go with an 8 foot tandem fixture, I’m a Canadian so I will be having whatever item I go with shipped to a cross border pick up location or shipped to store. As there doesn’t seam to be many options for us north of the border.

These fixtures claim to be 56 watts at 7200 lumens.

Just wondering if anyone has any input.

No one has ever heard of EnviroLite.
Broken down into it's parts, you have some metal bent into a fixture, some sockets, and some lamps....all for $80.
Metal is metal. There's not much difference between the manufacturers here, as long as it's not super thin or flimsy and the edges aren't sharp as razors. The quality of sockets varies, but even the cheap ones are usually quite adequate. So as far as the fixture goes, you'll likely be OK.
They dont give you any information on who's lamps are supplied with this fixture. That's what would be a red flag to me. I figure that if it was a quality lamp, they would be happy to mention who the manufacturer of the lamp is. They dont. I would prefer to choose my own lamps based on quality, color, performance and track record of the manufacturer. You can likely get a fixture plus 4 lamps (from good manufacturers) for the same $80 price elsewhere.
Good luck,
CD
