Anyone use Jet.com to purchase tools? If so, would you order from them again. So far the one issue I am having with them is, nowhere on the products page does it state if the item is in stock.

I would appreciate any help,

Derek

I have. The things that I have purchased have either been drop ship from the manufacturer or from a 3rd party seller. I didn't get 2-day shipping, like with Amazon Prime, but I got some good deals with 15% off coupons.

Well, Walmart bought Jet.com to compete with Amazon, so I would think the service would be excellent. I have not bought tools from a Jet, but have bought other items and am well satisfied.

Well I just ordered, hope all is well. If it all works out it is the best $100.00 I have ever spent. I got the Gearwrench 80300PT 51 piece 1/4" set, 4 Klein screwdivers and 4 Hansen Socket Trays, free shipping and $20.00 off for first time order.:rocker:

I've ordered from them 3 times without issue. 1st was a set of aluminum wheels for my truck (my cheap steelies were rusting out), I bought a set of 4 Mickeys for $90 a pop after the discount for buying 4 :)lol:) and 15% off, everywhere else was >$100 each, even Keystone aftermarket through work. I just got the last of my order of a buncha parts/accessories for my shotgun... a lot of which doesn't really go on sale anywhere. I'm kinda pissed at myself for not thinking to check there earlier, I ordered some stuff from Brownell's that would have been cheaper (AND dropped the price on what I did buy) from Jet.

TBH now that I'm out of 15% off uses I doubt I'll buy there again... but it was sweet while it lasted. I doubt they made ANY profit off my purchases, but I'm OK with profiting off their questionably sustainable business model. :D

They are owned by Walmart and run mostly like Amazon marketplace. Some sellers will be better than others but it won't be too difficult to get your money back if something goes wrong. I use them if they are cheapest. Typically I use Tooltopia or Tooldiscounter.com but I also do a Google shopping search to see the best price inclusive of shipping/tax, etc. Then I usually end up buying another tool I wanted but don't really need so I can save on shipping. :D

I purchased a Knipex tool from Jet.com and it shipped from Zoro. This was before Walmart bought the company, but I don't think it has changed much.
