Anyone use Stanley Proto Torque Wrenches?

Just got 3/8" and 1/2" "Stanley Proto" torque wrenches-don't see why they can't just put Proto, IMO Proto is a lot better than Stanley. Has anyone ever used them or have ones they use everyday. How do they compare to Snap-onn and Craftsman? I plan to replace my Snap-on 3/8" flex head and a crappy old Craftsman 1/2" with this nice matching set. Although the Snap-on is very nice, 3/8" is not used a lot by me, and I think the Proto will suffice.

Same reasoning I used when I bought my split beam Snap-on 1/2" and my 3/8" Proto clicker.

use a proto 1/4 & 3/8 at work few times a week and i would say very comparable to snap on or gearwrench should outlast you in a homeowner setup

prot makes MACs... i have one and use it all the time, very good torque wrenches....

Yep. I figured since Stanley owns Proto and Mac it would essentially be like a newer Mac. Honestly, I don't use torque wrenches a lot being a hobby mechanic, but when I need to torque cylinder heads on engines, or tires on cars, I want something reliable, and I got these basically for free.

Well, I've used Proto torque wrenches since before Mac, or Stanley, back when Ingersoll Rand owned them... never had a problem in the least. Can't say about current production but I wouldn't hesitate to use one.

I just had my Proto recalibrated by the manufacturer. I didn't see Stanley on it, but it's an older one. I think it's well-made, but it didn't hold up in my shop environment like a Sturtevant Richmont.
