Anyone use Tekfoil?

I going to build a garage next spring, and I saw in another thread where
someone mentioned using Tekfoil insulation under the concrete floor. Anyone
here ever use it and does it work?

Teckfoil, good ?
I to am thinking of this.
How bout it anyone.
I have used it under a sink, we had frizing up and on thin sheet on the outer wall and no more freez.
But don't know obout the floor.
We are diging now!
