I’m looking at getting a another tQ wrench soon. Husky has new digital typo ones and so does Lowes. My friend has a Snap-on one and it is awsome! But, for 6-700.00, I really can’t afford that.

Does anyone have experience with using the Box brands? I did search with not much results.

No experience with "Husky" or "Kobalt" but in reading the Q&A on the website I see the Kobalt also does angle. Good price for a digital torque AND angle wrench.

Keep your receipt--you'll probably need it if it's made by Apex/GearWrench.

The Lowes version does not have a way to set torque from what I have read. So you have to watch the screen until it hits what you are going for.

I have a split beam type Precision, it's not digital. But I've been very happy with it.

I guess you missed the Description.
5-button control pad allows you to preset your torque value, change units of measure, change mode of operation with peak/angle/follow choices, save readings and select read-out unit of measure

The old Kobalt ones are a digital version of a dial torque wrench. Got the 3/8 price matched when they were clearing them out, works great for what I need. The newer ones can be pre-set, never worried me enough to consider upgrading.

The Lowes digital is made by Eclatorq. It's a stripped down model from their normal line but Eclatorq makes super high quality stuff. They are the OEM for SBD and make all of Proto's and MAC's digital torque equipment.

Thats good to know. I went on SO’s website and they have like 50 different TQ wrenches! Which one do you pick for normal use lolol?

I sell that exact model of 1/2" digital torque adapter in TOPTUL brand for $60.00. It has green (TOPTUL'S color) instead of red outlining used by Matco but by simply looking at it you can tell it's exactly the same part obviously made in the same factory. I NEED TO RAISE MY PRICES!!! Here's a link to the TOPTUL one: https://www.toptul.com/style/frame/..._1&name_id=92173&Directory_ID=58116&id=400040
I don't see them listed on your eBay, do you have another venue of selling?

The old Husky clickers were made in USA by Danaher, before they deteriorated into imported, Apex, Gearwrench. I have one and it still works fine. Danaher made those wrenches for everyone, including SK, ADT and Sears.
