Anyone used ecomfort.com?

Looking to purchase a Reznor UDAS-45 sealed combustion Nat. Gas unit heater for the garage within the next few weeks. Ecomfort.com looks to be cheapest online, but curious if any fellow GJ members have had any experience (good/bad) with them?

Also, any opinions on the Aluminized vs SS Heat Exchanger? Is the SS worth the extra cost?

I've used them for some metal tile trim and it took quite awhile to get. That said their customer service is responsive.

Ive ordered from them in the past.pricing was competitive with what I can get from local supply house ,shipping was a little slow to the out of state job though.

I've only used them for advice so far. They will do a man j calc on your space and then recommend/quote a product. For my project, they indicated I needed 15kbtuh for heat and 8300 btuh for cooling. Then they proceeded to quote me a 24kbtu mini split system which seems too big. I'm now having email discussions with them as to why the discrepancy. I'm not giving up on them yet!

I ordered my 5 ton package unit for my shop from this a few months ago. I also just ordered a new A coil for the inside unit in my house. I had no issues with them as well. They will also give you a better price if you call them up on the phone and speak to them. The only thing I did not like was if they did not have your item in stock, they waited until everything was on hand before they shipped the orders.

I purchased my Mitsubishi Heat Pump through them. Got a very good price and no issues. Everything was shipped and received properly.

I installed the system and Viola! Have a heated and cooled garage.

No issues
