Thanks for the Reply Shea. If you don't mind I'd love to get your opinion. I've actually spent the last 2-3 weeks reading many of your articles. My job is a bit different than most being that I have a 3500 sq/ft working garage where I restore and modify older cars/trucks. My slab is 6 months old, and looks great. Very smooth trowel finish. Just finished the building and have not moved in yet. My true goal is to seal the concrete from oil stains and the like as well as make it easy to clean. Weather that is a clear sealer or colored coating I am not biased. I've had some financial difficulties with my house flooding, children, etc. that has left my budget at about $1000-$1500 to coat my floor. That's roughly 40 cents/ft where most of the quotes I have gotten or seen are in the 80 cents/ft range. I was turned off from some of the concrete sealers due to the need to recoat the floor after a couple years. I'm trying to get the most out of my dollar like we all do but also not purchase garbage. Do you have any recommendations?
I went to SW to inquire about their ArmorSeal 1000 HS and if it was available clear and was shown the Rexthane as an alternative.
Thank You,
Ryan
