Anyone using a level to level fan to circulate conditioned air?

I'm thinking about adding a level to level fan for my very well insulated attic room instead of another head on the mini split. The attic room is 12X30 with a 3 foot stairwell that is open to 24X30 downstairs. The stairwell will stay open. I tend to think a little air circulation and I'm good. Foamed roof deck and 6" batts in the walls. Sealed up tight. Real tight - with Zip panel all around, properly taped and ZIp caulked. All interior seams caulked. In Tennessee, so not horrible extremes of temperatures.

Currently fully insulated but without drywall the upstairs and downstairs hardly vary in temperature. But now is the time for the mini split install. I have differing opinions from HVAC people. This is never to be lived in and is simply additional conditioned work space for cleaner projects.

Informed opinions and experience are welcomed.

Thanks in advance.

Keep in mind all the hot air from the lower level will rush up the stairway and make it more difficult to cool. You will need more CFM than one would think. I am thinking 500 CFM might get you there.
