Anyone Using Kaizen Foam?

I'm looking to make custom drawer organizers for my service cart and I think I've narrowed it down to Kaizen Foam, Foamfit Tools, or Creative Safety sheets. I see Fastcap makes a hot knife kit to flatten the cutouts with. From what I've seen, I wasn't too impressed with the finish of the Kaizen foam but the hot knife should clean it up some. I'm also concerned about the longevity of the the Kaizen foam. Does it hold up pretty well?

I don't have a router to cut the Foamfit with so I'd have to get one or borrow one. I'm concerned the Creative Safety sheets might delaminate after I stick them together. I do like that the Kaizen foam is cheaper and I can get it in thicker sheets for doing cordless tools.

Anyone with experience on any of these products that can give their input? It'd be much appreciated.

I've used the Kaizen for one large drawer of measuring and layout tools. It can take some time to get a good looking result. If done quickly it can come out a bit tattered / rough looking.

I did not have a hot knife set up to use though. I used a snap knife so that I could extend and cut to a particular depth I think it came out pretty good. But it would take a lot of time to do a lot of wrenches , screwdrivers and such and have it come out evenly spaced and looking good. Maybe with a hot knife?
