I have them...well I have the Engineer version of them(http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002L6HJAA/?tag=atomicindus08-20). First, buy the Engineer version, they are the OEM for Vampliers and are cheaper on Amazon. The Vampliers include a blade cover that keeps the jaws closed but the Engineers do not include the cover.

I find them very useful and well made. Easily worth the money but you many want to make sure the offset grooves are centered, I've seen them cut slightly off-centered. The grip is very comfortable also. On these pliers, the jaws don't touch for some reason(Same with Vampliers), they're about 1mm from touching...but it doesn't effect the usefulness of the tool. The wire cutter is what stops the jaws from closing and it's quite sharp. I believe on the larger tools they do close.

I'm pretty close to adding these to my toolbag too: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B000W9IV82/?tag=atomicindus08-20

Ever since I saw the ridiculous Neijisaurus video on YouTube I knew I wanted to get a pair. I haven't actually ordered them yet but I was planning to get one small pair of maybe the Engineer Neijisaurus and one large pair of Vampliers. I thought I should get one from each. I know they are the same manufacture but the Vampliers do look pretty cool.

For those that haven't seen it, check out this instructiontainmentcational vidiero from Engineer:

Never heard of them. But I'm buying a pair just because of the awesome name. :)

I have a pair of PZ-58 on order with Amazon. Coming from Japan. Want them to remove stripped screws in electrical panel dead fronts.

Looking forward to trying them out.

At some point there was a "Hot Deal" thread on these here on GJ and I got a pair. As others have noted, great for certain situations, and well made.

FYI, I also have a pair of their scissors / shears - basically an all-purpose pair, and they are really nice! I hide them from my wife and kids so they don't get "misplaced"...example:
