Anyone with a Coats 2020? Have question

Hi guys,
I recently bought a coats 2020 and while replacing a couple hoses I found something that looks out of place. Does anyone have one of these machines that could post a picture for me? It appears on the bead breaker arm (the one piece unit on the machine itself) someone has rigged up some type of lowering bolt. Trying to figure out why and what is supposed to be there from the factory. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

If it helps the silver bolt is actually a 1/4" carriage bolt that someone bent in there. Obviously not factory. This picture is with the bead breaker arm removed from the machine and taken from the hole just above where the hold down cone sits. Thanks again!
