Anyone with a Snap On "Custom Built for" validation code they would sell?

I bought my box new from a dealer about 8 years ago and it came with a sticker that I sent away for that had "Custom Built for.....". I wanted to give the box to my son and give it to him with the sticker on it with his name.

I tried the company that makes them for snap on and they said they won't sell one to me and I talked to a local dealer who said he can't help either. Anyone have one that they haven't used that I could throw some money to?

Any help is appreciated.
