Working on a friends Punk Rock tour van and needed to know the KOEO and engine running working PSI. Too much hearsay on the internet

4.9L 45-60 psi
5.0L 30-45 psi
5.8L 30-45 psi

Key ON Engine OFF:
4.9L 50-60 psi
5.0L 35-45 psi
5.8L 35-45 psi
