Best hose value out there. Very flexible, USA, and has a warranty I believe.
Online, local stores have gift card redeem machines, etc.

For $20 for a decent 50' hose, how can you go wrong?

I was there a couple weeks ago, or so. They have Knipex and Channellock. The Craftsman pliers are USA made, but roughly Channellock price, so take your pick.
My store has TONS of USA made wrenches, all over the place. And plenty of USA made screwdriver sets and individuals, including Craftsman Professional screwdrivers (no sets). There's more, I just can't remember. I wasn't there long.

Went ahead and bought the Sears 3/8" x 50' rubber air hose yesterday for $19.99. Looks good and is very flexible. Has brass fittings and says made in the USA. Coils easy too.

I've had the Sears 3/8" x 50' rubber air hose for probably 7 years and its still going strong.
Thanks for mentioning the 50' air hose you guys. I was going to get one several weeks ago when there was a thread about it in the hot deals section, but I put it off and then I forgot about it altogether. I just put in an order for one.
The 50' hose I have now was barely long enough for my needs when it was new. The ends have bubbled or cracked a few times in the last several years. I hate to just throw it away, because the middle 3/4 of the hose is still in pristine condition. The problem is that each time I remake the end to get more life out of it it gets shorter.
It is probably a 44' hose by now which is too short for many tasks. Now I can couple the old with the new, have plenty of length again, and live the good life in air hose nirvana.

Went to my local Sears store two weeks ago to get my 14 and 15 y.o. sons some wrenches and was astounded to see that the Craftsman wrenches and tool sets were made in China?? Went to Menards instead for made in USA wrench purchase. What the hell is Sears thinking?

I am eyeing the reversible ratcheting wrenches online. I have picked up the metric and SAE set used and there are a couple missing. They have them locally for like $20 but have sone online for $10. The reviews say they are Cman Industrial, so made in USA. Just can't decide if I should buy the industrial set and sell my used duplicates or just buy the ones I need. The set has 3 metric I don't have and don't see anywhere else.
We went to the mall today, and I took the escalator down to the tool/appliance area. In this store, the tool section is massive and well-stocked. And the workers seem at least to be tool/mechanical type guys.
I'd hate for Sears to fail. They are the last general goods store that is sort of OK in terms of selection and experience.
If they wanted a cheap line of tools; that's why they had the Evolv line. They should've kept CM USA made.
That was a great way to introduce a lower line of CM hand tools by making it clear that the CM Evolv was imported and competitive with other imported lower tier brands. CM-USA at that time proudly marketed the made-in-the-USA tag that represented affordable high quality hand tools for advanced diyers. Somehow this business model was discarded and the "ship" is off course...
