Welcome to the Forum, Allen Bradley was not known for Drill Presses. You may have a piece of history there, maybe it came out of a Allen Bradley production facility.

What motor and Chuck are installed on it?

I believe that may be a Buffalo gang drill press. The nametag is painted over on the front of the casting. The AB is the brand just for the switch box.

AB is the switch.

Looks like a production style drill press. I agree that the tag looks like Buffalo, could be Delta. Looks Art Deco-ish style so the "40" could stand for 1940.. The Kurt Asset tag is interesting. Did the previous owner work at or live near Kurt, looks to be New-ish.

The last picture, with the Kurt logo and 2184, is probably an inventory tag.
