So a friend of mine bought me a Garage-Warming gift, and dropped this off the other day. It's a "Muffler Inspection Light", and has an AP Parts of Canada sticker on it. Amazing part is the fact that it actually works! The fluorescent bulb is quite unique, so I suspect when it finally dies I won't be finding a replacement.
I'm not sure what's more interesting, that there was a market for "Muffler Inspection Lights", or that the market was so strong we got Canadian-Specific ones. Regardless, I spent a lot of time in muffler shops back when I worked for Vibrant Performance, and a new LED version would be quite useful while working under a lift.
If anyone knows more details about these, I'd love to know.
