Apex Husky Ratchets?

Forgive me if this is old news. I looked for any recent posts but missed them if there were any. I took my little dude out for breakfast while my wife was getting her hair cut this morning and we went over to Home Depot to waste some time and look for anything good. Thought to myself, this doesn't look like Stanley, this looks just like my Gearwrench at home. So when I got home I go to Home Depot .com and punch in ratchet. This one says MUSA. Made in the USA? Any one else seen this?

These aren't even quick release, look just like gearwrench ratchets.

Saw this today too. Instead of buying just the ratchet though, you can get the ratchet plus 19 other pieces for a dollar less

yea looks like home depot has apex as the OE for the new husky tools. the torque wrenchs are similar to the older KD or gearwrench ones

They had 2 USA made torque wrenches in store. 1/2'' drive was $84.99 and the 3/8'' drive was $74.99. 1/4'' drive was made in Taiwan.
