In a parking lot in Rochester, NY.

I don't know if this is a mobile tool truck or some sort of company support vehicle. I suspect the latter, but I could be wrong.

On the Armstrong site there was mention of an Apex tool expo/conference in Birmingham, Al. on the 29th I believe. It was free to attend and they were giving out some type of tool kit and other tool "samples" to attendees. There was mention of taking a tour of their tool truck as well, not sure if it was a panel van or what. It's only about 4 hours away from me and I'd thought of going but other thing came up.

With that setup they certainly aren't limited to stop points. They have much more than mechanics stuff. My guess is they'll do surprisingly well. Probably well enough to put a serious hurting on the current fleet(s) of trucks.
