I am getting ready to put down the Legacy Nohr-S pigmented kit. Weather in Ohio has been wet and I am struggling to find a dry stretch to clear my garage out to get it done. I thought about doing half the floor at a time but ruled that out. Now I am considering doing just the primer on one half at a time.

So my question is - would it be OK for the primer to be down a couple of weeks (worst case) before the Nohr-S color & clear are applied? It's the standard epoxy primer. Thanks for any advice!

You have a 24 hour recoat window for the primer. You can put it down and wait a couple of weeks if you like, but it will require roughing up the surface and then wiping it down with denatured alcohol before application of the Nohr-S if you do.
