In March, I had a slab poured for my shop. It was exposed to weather until June when my building was under roof. My slab very splotchy and looks like the sealer is cracked. I'm guessing it was applied too lightly.

I am close to putting things in my shop so I have one more chance to clean up the floor. I am planning to power wash the floor in a few days. I am wondering if I should reapply some of the same sealer with a roller (instead of a sprayer). Epoxy is out of the time and price range.

I have attached some pictures of the floor and the sealer that was used.

Thoughts?

You can apply addition coats if you like. It's essentially a solvent-based acrylic sealer. However, do not apply it thick with a roller. This is a common mistake. Use a pump-up sprayer instead. Acrylics need to go on thin. Thin for the win is the common term. When applied too thick, they can bubble, crack, and turn white. You can view the data sheets with instructions in the link below.
