Ardex

Anyone use this?
Comes recommended by a concrete contractor looking at repairing my garage slab.
Never seen an overlay that was worth a damn.
Any experiences?

We use it fairly regularly at work.

Be sure to use the right kind for your application. They make different types for going over wood, concrete, ect. Read up.

It will crack, but it always seems to get the job done.

Prep is key, also the right self leveler for the correct application. Which Ardex product specifically?

Lastly, it will still need to be sealed correctly. Epoxy and polyurethane would be my recommendation for a garage.

We top coated an entire supermarket with it so we could vct it...came out very nice. Thats when I started using it for filling control joints.

ARDEX K 301 Exterior Self-Levelling Concrete Topping

What issues were you trying to fix?
