I'm very sure they all. I purchased a rubber mallet from them not so long ago, handle feels great in the hand.

Looking at a couple ball peins/peens on Amazon, can't seem to find the COO. I know their deadblows are American made, but not too sure about the others.
I see they're in Southern California. I'd be very careful. They may have Chinese people or even Mexicans  working there.

Digging up this thread as I was shopping for Nupla deadblow hammers on the understanding they were USA-made. Came across the Amazon listing for SDSF-4SG which lists China as country of manufacture in two locations. Just emailed Nupla for info but curious if anyone else knows if that's accurate?

Some of the newer steel head hammers I've bought have been "global components". Guessing their source for the heads has gone offshore.

MSC lists them as USA, but their 64 ounce hammer part number in the MSC catalog isn't SDSF-4SG. It is possible they have 2 separate tools lines (à la Williams).

There are both regular, one piece head, powerdrives and the extreme ones with urethane faces. Also steel and brass faces in some sizes but I don't think they're available in 4#.

Also two different handles and non sparking options. So probably at least 6 different, main line, part #s per size. They do also have a cheaper deadblow line but I don't think they go up to 4#. Those are called "Strike Pro" IIRC.

I have two dead blows by them that have the screw on exchangeable faces and they're marked USA. But they're probably 5+ years old, so I'd verify if it's a deal breaker

The other possibility is that certain components of the hammers are not made in the USA, making it illegal to label the hammers and other tools “Made in the USA” in certain states.
It’s also possible certain Nupla items used components from other manufacturers, and those manufacturers moved overseas, (for instance Crescent/Apex/Plumb)

If they won't tell you and you're in doubt, see if there is rebranded version of the metal head hammer you are looking for. I'm pretty sure the blue point rebrand of their mini sledge hammers is made in USA the last time I checked Snap on's site.

Following up. My inquiry and the reply were:

"Hi,
I'm a prospective customer.
I'm curious if any or all Nupla hammers are currently manufactured in the USA?
If not, where?
Thanks,"

"Yes. All of our hammers are manufactured in the US.
Best regards,"

I wasn't specific and didn't press further about component sources vs final assembly.
Ordered the 1lb Extreme Power Drive with one urethane and one steel face, and SG style handle. Fit and finish are great, the handle grip is spectacular, especially gripped with a leather driver/work glove. Haven't put it through its paces but all initial indications are of a quality tool.

The Grayvik ball peins are actual Vaughan factory seconds that had minor cosmetic blemishes. Great deal. Not dead blows of course, as mentioned.
