Hose clamps are my favorite. A lot of electronics (like the ten million they got in vehicles these days) are fastened with either torx head (I have torx head drivers as well as torx head sockets as well) or hex head screws.

I also like to use them for machine screws and small nuts in lots of applications.

I work in Automotive Electronics. I use my cordless impact driver most of the times, but I use them a lot: 7mm in GM dashes, 5.5mm in Ford door panels, 7/16 while installing hood switches for alarms, and the most used: 5/16 and 10mm while mounting or removing valet/override switches under the dash. I think is just a matter of getting used them and you'll love them. Back in the 80's, some car radios that I use to install or remove, they had a long shaft volume knobs (2 knob radios) and the only practical tool that you can use was a 1/2, 9/16 or 5/8 NUTDRIVER. Some people used to call them: "spintites" for the vintage brand Stevens Walden.
