Are Snap On Chisels/Punches Warrantied?

I only ask because last week I saw someone using a tapered punch with a vise-grip clamped on one end as a hitch pin.

Interesting, I though normal wears does not covered by warranty.

Then if my side cutter has no longer shape edges, they will warranty it?
