Are the handles on this box Snap-on?

For sale on craigslist locally, but the handle aren't any Snap-on with which I'm familiar. MAC, Matco, Waterloo, maybe?

Gray tools have same handles, but how common are gray tools in USA

Looks like a "Wanna Be" Snap On to me. All of my boxes from that era have the logo badge on the opposite side than the one pictured.

Those look more like Matco handles to me

I think those are generic die cast handles outsourced to an unknown manufacturer by a number of tool box makers. I have the same on my Lyon boxes with "Lyon" cast into the front of the handles. My boxes are 1980's vintage.
