Are there complete socket sets that fill the HF socket holders?

I want to set my cousin up with a complete socket set. He has the HF socket organizers and I was wondering if you guys know of any inexpensive socket sets that will completely fill the 1/4 , 3/8 and possibly the 1/2 holders.
Looking for craftsman, husky, kobalt and I might consider HF as this will be just to get him started as a light duty mechanic.
Basically I'm looking for 6 point sets in shallow and deep that include:

1/4 drive metric: 4, 4.5, 5, 5.5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15
1/4 drive standard: 3/16, 7/32, 1/4, 9/32, 5/16, 11/32, 3/8, 7/16, 1/2, 9/16, 5/8

3/8 drive metric: 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20
3/8 drive standard: 1/4, 5/16, 3/8, 7/16, 1/2, 9/16, 5/8, 11/16, 3/4, 13/16, 7/8, 15/16, 1

1/2 drive metric: 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 27
1/2 drive standard: 3/8, 7/16, 1/2, 9/16, 5/8, 11/16, 3/4, 13/16, 7/8, 15/16, 1, 1 1/16, 1 1/8, 1 1/4

The larger 1/2 drive aren't necessary, like 22-27mm and 1 1/16-1 1/4" but would be nice.

These will get you started they have every drive size you want, I have never needed a 1/2" dr 3/8" socket before same with the other drive sizes one you go so big go to a bigger drive hope this helps, just search Chicago pneumatic sockets
