I have the Craftsman (Kastar/Lang) 40 piece rethreader kit, but I find that often Im in the need for rethreaders that are #6,#8, and #10 SAE. Do these exist???

Do you want thread chasers or actual taps and dies?
I get #4, #6 , #8 and #10 taps all day long in both std and fine and in taper and bottom forms.
Thread chasers may make you go Snap-On or those industries that do more thread repair vs. machine shop or mfgr. supplier.

Check MicroMark. A while back, I bought a 2-56 tap to mount replacement couplers on model trains. The tap is actually used in a pin vise.

Taps should be available at any decent hardware store. As far as thread chasers buy one of those combination wire crimper/stripper tools and many of them have machine screw cutters that are threaded on one side if the cutter. I use those as chasers often.
