Are these ballasts efficent?

I can get some of these for $15 Each, do they seem worth it?

it's a standard T8 instant start electronic ballast...
As far as T8s go, yeah, they're efficient..

they're tandem T8 strips.. use 4- 32w Fluorescent lamps..
You'd probably pay 30-40 $ each for new fixtures.. So yeah, they're probably "worth it"..

I just told the guy I'll take 14 of them. I got them for $125 with bulbs.
