our local classifieds runs ads like these every week. has anyone here ordered one of these? how are their business practices? are the buildings made of cheap materials?

i cant tell you if the buildings are good or not , just be wary building manufactuars use pre ordered overstock and customer returns as a high pressure sales tactics , hope this helps ~G

a 30x30 for less than 5 grand sounds too good to be true. i got 2 quotes this week on someone building me a 26x30 and a 24x30 they were $12420 and $15000. i know i gotta add the price of the slab the 5 grand but....

If you're looking for a building like that check E-Bay. I like this one:

By comparison, I was quoted $33 a square foot by a builder to build one out of regular building materials when he builds my house.
