Are these Keys or Tools?

Does anyone recognize what these are?
Sorting out all the little bits in my workshop and some stuff is junk and other things belong with other tools. Just don't want throw them out and then find I need them.

They could be soap dispenser keys as well, but I think those are thicker “forks”??

I’m going off limited experience though. I spent 5 weeks STRAIGHT replacing all kinds of paper towel dispensers with new San Jamar paper towel dispensers for McDonalds a few years back. And these look like what I had for the old ones.

The lowest ”key” with 2 prongs looks like a golf shoe spike key. The old metal spikes.

The key with 2 prongs is to turn lights on and off typically found in school restrooms, gyms and hallways.
Vertical switches with a slot.
The others are toilet paper and paper towel dispenser keys.
