Yes and no IIRC. They were sold by Mac as part of a tool kit with a tool box, but they are of Taiwan origin, and share nothing with the Mac hardline. Note the open end, no "V" like a Mac, no square beam, no full polish.

I dig the crossed flags though!

I tried mactools.com and googling the part number and nothing came up. Its questionable.
They dont look like Mac wrenches

The numerals look like MAC's, but that's the only similarity I see.
