Are these old cutters worth anything?

I got the old cutters with a tool box I bought at an auction was wondering if they are worth anything besides scrap?

There are 2 boxes of them and some look homemade and I would like to sell them if someone would make me a decent offer.

Those with carbide are good for what they were made for. The ones without are tool steel. Always good for making you own tools.

Put them on ebay with a starting bid of $15.99, and a price for shipping medium flat rate box of $13.50. Someone will buy them, they may bring as much as $30 as an auction.
