Are these wood bits?

They're interchangable pilot counterbores.

Pic isn't big enough to see the cutting edges clearly, but I'd guess they are wood bits for a table router or shaper type of operation.
Cool box. If they are cheap, I'd buy them for that.

The shafts are too long and there are too many shaft diameters to be for a router or shaper setup...IME...
