Are they worth anything?

I have a Blue Point Cordless Screwdriver - ETB14420 and a Blue Point Electric Impact Wrench - ETB14430, both sat for about a year and a half and now the motors don't spin, the batteries work fine. I called Snap On and they quoted me $200 to rebuild each or they can sell me the rebuild kit. I already bought replacements from Home Depot. Are these worth anything? Or should I sell the batteries and chargers? Thanks.

Usually there is the opposite problem with cordless tools, batteries are junk, but the tools are still good. So I'd look into selling them to some1 that needs the batteries, probably 1/3 the price of new batteries would be fair for the batteries alone or around 1/2 the price of new batteries for everything. Doubt there would me much demand to sell the tools to some1 to rebuild them as they aren't Snap On.
