Area specific question - SW Missouri -

So, picked up some land in Theodosia, MO area and wondering about options for shed. Heard about Amish builders a bit north, as well as some Russian guys up by West Plains, but wondering if anyone on here has experience around the Bull Shoals Lake area. Wanting one big enough for an RV and a "few" cars. Probably a boat will end up in there as well.
Did get one builder contact from realtor, but thought I'd ask on here. Also heard that house timelines are super long - one 2.5 yrs, but hoping that's an outlier.
