Arizona Building Code Questions

Hi, New to this board. Looking in to the code requirement in Maricopa county Arizona. Looking to get property near Wickenberg to build a house and garage on. Both will be built from storage containers 8 by 40 and 9 ft tall. I would think that there is no code for unincorporated areas but that is why I am asking.

So is anyone from this area and have any knowledge or experience ?
