If you're floor is all dry now, I'd look at bottom door seals to keep out sunlight shown in those pics.

And Maybe details on the size and cost? Considering doing the same
Garage is 28 x 32, so almost 900 sq/ft. The concrete was put down last July, and was still nice and clean.

I rented a grinder and did the floor. $230 for 24 hours. Kinda steep, but didn't have much of a choice. Total cost was almost exactly $1 a sq/ft. I got the epoxy when Armorpoxy had the special on the beige and came with free primer.

My floor is cut into 150 sq/ft sections. There was no problem doing a section at a time by myself. The primer goes on very thin, and realized doing the first section that I needed to put it on thinner than I did at first or I would run out.

I bought an extra roller and a few cheap brushes, and made a pair of spikes.

Hardest part is getting the flakes spread evenly. I have a few spots that ended up a little more flaky than others, but not real bad.
