Armorpoxy - Both Acid and Concrete Grind?

Hello,
I am new to this forum, but have been reading a few threads already. I recently bought the Armorpoxy Armorclad kit with primer and topcoat upgrade. I just grind-ed my garage with a Home Depot rental this past weekend with this machine.

There were spots that I just couldn't seem to reach possibly due to dips or unevenness of the floor. Do you suggest that I also acid etch my floors or should I just try to hand sand those spots? I think the previous owner may have painted the floor. For the most part, the paint has been cleared off from my grinding.

I also read somewhere that the floor should feel anywhere from 60 to 120 grit sandpaper. I feel like mine is more around 300. Does this matter or is it all subjective?

If there is a dip in the floor and a large floor grinder won't work on it, then use a handheld grinder with a diamond cup wheel to get that small area.

Can I simply sand and wirebrush?

Do these spots readily absorb water? If so, then you are OK. You don't want to use a wire brush on the concrete because the metal from the brush can leave a black residue on the concrete that may interfere with the coating.

Shea is correct, if water absorbs, should be good to go. If not any light sending or scratching in a tight area is fine. Also these areas won't see any traffic do you should be fine.
