Hi guys, I have the Armorpoxy 3 part system I'm about to install and just want to verify which product to use for the 2nd and 3rd coats. My instructions do not match the product I received so I want to be absolutely sure before laying it down and Armorpoxy is closed on the weekend.

I am laying down the Armorpoxy II today which is the prime coat (orange label).

Tomorrow comes the Armorultra high build epoxy which I believe is the product that comes with the gallon that is inside the 5 gallon buckets that you mix together at a 2:1 ratio - see picture #1.

Then I believe the final coat is the Armorultra Polyaspartic topcoat that is a 1:1 mix (Red label), however there are two small pints that came with them which are the pigment. The label on the pints says mix 1 pint per 2 gallons - see pictures #2 & 3.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Are you applying a no color flake system that uses a tinted polyaspartic top coat for U.V. protection? If so, then the tint will get mixed with the parts A & B polyaspartic. ArmorPoxy colors their labels so you don't mix the wrong products. You have the order of application correct.

I would try emailing them as well as leaving a message with their phone service to verify. You may get a reply back before you start.

Correct! No color flake with Polyaspartic top coat. Thank you for the clarification on the pints. So since the Polyaspartic goes on last I'm assuming the "Armor Ultra/Armor Clad that is in the 5 gallon buckets that you mix 2:1 must be the second coat.

I'll try emailing and leaving a message.

Thanks!!

Please always contact us directly at below for individual support as we do not monitor the GJ all of the time.

The gray labels are the epoxy, the red labels are the topcoat with A/B and pigment.
