Hi All,

We thought would share some progress pics from a large industrial 125,000 sq foot project our Prep-Crete Install a Division is working on in NYC. Huge mechanical and generator facility.

Due to security constraints, we can't disclose exact location unfortunately as security regulations prohibit.

Epoxy being applied is exact same as our Armorclad 100% solids epoxy.

Ive been eyeballing the Armorclad product. My building is in the beginning stages (just got the permits on Thursday) so this will likely be a spring project. Anyways, whats the best/easiest way to scruff up a 30'x40' pad? Id rather not have to use a 5" angle grinder for this.

Scuffing can be done by renting a floor grinder or Diamabrush from Home Depot (make sure they don't give you old, worn blades). Most tool rental places rent diamond floor grinders too.

Note...if you mechanically prep we strongly recommend priming with the Armorclad Primer.

My concrete was poured in spring and I sealed it before I started using it with a 5 gallon bucket of sealer the contractor gave me. Any additional prep since I did that first? Other than scuffing it up. Thanks. Very interested in is.

A good scuffing and then use our matched primer should be fine. Test for a direction with the water drop test first.
