New construction project in Brooklyn NY, six months to complete, 75,000 sq feet, 52 floors of elevator lobbies, main lobby, and amenity spaces. Highly technical project involving Grinding, shot blasting, underpayment, self levelers, epoxy, waterproofing, polished colored concrete, brass inset strips, floor height lowering and shaving, and working around some very uncooperative other tradesman.
