Are there rebuild kits available anywhere? or is this just a paperweight?

We have a machine shop and my brother also has 2) 3/8 Craftsman ratchets that need repaired. Are they still offering replacements or rebuild kits? I have no idea. It's been a long time since I've done the warranty thing at Sears. Thanks

Yes Gearwrench 84 tooth kits fit and function fine for around $10.
craftsman will rebuild ratchets if they have the kits available.

Matco 88 tooth kits will also work in the Armstrong ratchets, FWIW.

Is that an 88? I've heard of people thinking the 60 was actually better and the "upgrade" wasn't much of an upgrade. All I know is that the back drag on the stock 60 tooth is considerable.

I only have 88 tooth and 90 tooth Armstrong ratchets. The 11-983 kit is for 3/8 drive 88 tooth Armstrong ratchets. Both the 11-992 and the 11-994 ratchets. I do not know of cross compatibility with other brands.
