Anyone know where I can get a head kit for this ratchet. My supervisor has 4 that are bad, told me to fix him one and fix me 3.

I couldnt get the armstrong website to load for me earlier. know of another site to look for a dealer?

I can't get it to load either. I have the same problem with Proto's site sometimes too.

it loaded today. looks like fastenal is the place to go for armstrong warranty service.

hmmmm.....if they do own fastenal it must be just stock. danaher doesn't list fastenal as a owned company on thier site. and fastenal list these folks as insider stock owners.

Yup, they have been for a number of years, check it out sometime.
I started looking at this too, how could I have been so wrong? The aging process is already starting in I guess!
